This is a juried festival. Please email 4 photos of each of your art/craft or send us a social media link that shows your work, to info@oldwashingtonstreetfestival.org subject:ARTCRAFT if you are a first time vendor, applications without photos will not be accepted. You will be notified of our acceptance of your application. If you are not accepted, your fees will be refunded. If you are accepted, your application is non-refundable. If you have been accepted as a vendor before you do not need to send pictures.
Payment is required before your application will be processed. The Festival is “Rain or Shine” – no packing up before 5:00 pm No Wheeled vendor trailers are permitted in arts/crafts, demonstration, historically appropriate or non-profit information areas other than for load in and load out. All Vendors must follow the OWSF Guidelines and Policies. Applications will not be accepted after September 1, 2024.
Demonstrator:
We offer free booth space for approved first-year artists who are willing to demonstrate their craft. We also offer a $35.00 discount for approved returning artists who are willing to demonstrate. Potential demonstration artists must submit a sample demonstration video or step by step pictorial to be considered for demonstrations. Include a web link to these materials in your application submission.
